During the Fall of 2022 our class was tasked with a small, non-technical design project by our professor. Going through the term, we would learn vital team management skills as well as formal demonstrations of production. For this, my team decided to do a revamp of UCI's course registration website.

Goals & Key Insights
Our redesign of WebReg sought to eliminate the ongoing confusion U.C.I. students face whilst navigating the website’s unfriendly and complicated user interface when attempting to enroll in classes or access our schedule. The goal of the redesign was to provide a better user experience by making the website’s user interface more straightforward, convenient, and aesthetically pleasing, which will overall facilitate the enrollment process for students.
Throughout this entire project, we learned what is necessary to keep a project going from a more documented perspective - Gantt Charts, Business Cases, WBS, Cost Estimates, and Quality Risk Assessments. While also designing iteratively and utilizing proper research and testing we finished with a product we were proud to present.
